Jesus Christ the Lord is the center of all we believe, all we do, and all we hope for. There is no other figure - no prophet, no priest, no preacher, nor any figure who shares the glory and pre-eminance of Christ Jesus our King. Our worship is centered upon the diety and Lordship of Jesus Christ. We fully embrace and believe the full revelation of Jesus Christ as revealled to the Apostle John in that book we call the Revelation of Jesus Christ.
No man is ever to worshipped in any way, shape, or form. Were Jesus Christ not the divine revelation of God, called the Son of God after the flesh, and fully possessing the fullness of the diety of our Creator, He too would not be worthy of our worship and adoration. We believe all of the above to be true and that He therefore is God manifest in human form and as such He is fully worthy of all glory, honor, praise, majesty, power, dominion, and worship.
All that we do in our worship and religious practice we do in the name, and on behalf of, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; 12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing. 13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever. 14 And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.
