5.  That all humanity is called to become "Born Again."  This requires that all converts to Biblical Christianity submit to water baptism "in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins" immediately after repenting and turning to faith and belief in the resurected Christ. That the Holy Ghost Baptism is available to all who turn to the Lord in faith for salvation and that this experience is accompanied with the initial evidenced of speaking with other tongues (other, unlearned languages) as  the Spirit of the Lord enables.
